A Non-Refundable Deposit is required for all custom orders to secure your chosen ship date, subject to availability. $100 for a Custom Base and $150 for a Complete Custom Costume. Please keep in mind our Custom Base orders start at $180 and go up from there depending on the complexity of the design. For a Complete Custom Costume the price starts at $400 and up depending on the complexity of the design along with the amount of appliques and stoning.

We will reach out to you approximately 6 to 8 weeks prior to your ship date to get final (up to date) measurements and finalize details via Facebook Messenger or Instagram Messenger.

All purchases are final, and returns for costumes are not accepted.

We uphold a policy of originality and do not replicate designs from other designers. While we can draw inspiration from your preferences, we maintain our unique style.

Although we can recreate our previous designs featured on social media, variations may occur in applique/stonework due to the custom nature of our creations.

Final balances must be settled within two weeks of receiving your invoice; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit and costume.

Costumes will be packed and shipped only after the full payment has been made.

We are not liable for any shipping delays caused by shipping carriers. However, we will furnish you with the tracking number for your shipment.
