All custom costumes, custom bases, and ready to ship costumes are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping Policy
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based
on your location and chosen shipping method.
We partner with USPS and Shippo
to ensure reliable delivery.
Incorrect Address & Lost Packages:
Please double-check your shipping
address before placing an order.
We are not responsible
for packages delivered to incorrect
addresses provided by the customer.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly. If you need assistance, we’ll do our best to help.
Holiday Shipping & Delays:
Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays during holiday seasons. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
Custom Costume & Custom Base
Terms and Conditions
Please select the date you would like the costume
shipped to you. Then pick any time of day.
A Non-Refundable Deposit is required for all custom orders to secure your chosen ship date, subject to availability.
$100 for a Custom Base/ $150 for a Complete Custom Costume.
All purchases are final, and returns for costumes are not accepted.We uphold a policy of originality and do not
replicate designs from other designers.
While we can draw inspiration from your preferences, we maintain our unique style. Although we can recreate our previous designs featured on social media, variations may occur in applique/stonework due to the custom nature of our creations.

Final balances must be settled within two weeks of receiving your invoice; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit and costume.
Costumes will be packed and shipped only after the full payment has been made. Costumes are shipped within 24 to 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays.
